Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive with a strong background in the hospitality industry to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Coordinate with various departments including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
  • Assist in planning and executing operational strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain reports on operational metrics, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
