As a Junior Mechanical Revit Modeler at XD Build, a construction technology firm specializing in BIM modeling and laser scanning services for mechanical and electrical trade contractors, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of high-detail, constructable BIM models at fabrication-level accuracy. Your role will involve working remotely from Hyderabad, India, under the guidance of senior BIM professionals to create precise, build-ready models for commercial and renovation projects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Revit models for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping) with fabrication-level detail. - Assist in renovation modeling of mechanical rooms using point cloud data. - Utilize tools such as Revit, Trimble SysQue, and Evolve MEP. - Collaborate with team members and project leads remotely to ensure timely and quality output. - Adhere to BIM standards and project-specific modeling guidelines. Requirements: - Experience or formal training in Revit for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping). - Proficiency in mechanical modeling. - Familiarity with BIM tools and construction documentation. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions. - Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. In addition to the technical requirements for the role, you will need to ensure your work setup meets the following specifications: - A high-performance laptop with a minimum configuration of 1TB SSD hard disk, 16 GB RAM, and a 4 GB dedicated graphics card. - High-speed internet connection. - Ability to work full-time from home.,
