Job Description Location: Kolkata / Noida Experience: 610 years Working Days: 5 Days a Week Education: B.Tech/B.E (Civil / Electrical preferred) Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage detailed BIM models for Electrical services (Power, Lighting, ELV, Fire Alarm, etc.) using Revit. - Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams (Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Structural, Architectural). - Prepare and manage drawings, schedules, and BOQs from BIM models. - Ensure adherence to international codes, standards, and client-specific requirements. - Support clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools. - Mentor junior modelers and support team in quality delivery. Skills Required: - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Electrical discipline). - Knowledge of BIM 360 and Navisworks. - Good understanding of Electrical design drawings and layouts. - Strong coordination and problem-solving skills. Location: Kolkata / Noida Experience: 610 years Working Days: 5 Days a Week Education: B.Tech/B.E (Civil / Mechanical preferred) Key Responsibilities: - Develop and update BIM models for Mechanical services (Piping, Ducting, Equipment Layouts, etc.) using Revit. - Coordinate mechanical models with other services (Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC). - Prepare detailed shop drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs. - Work on clash detection, design validation, and coordination meetings. - Ensure BIM execution plan and client requirements are met. - Provide guidance to junior team members. Skills Required: - Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit (Mechanical discipline). - Experience with Navisworks for clash detection. - Strong understanding of Mechanical services and installation drawings. - Good communication and coordination abilities. Location: Kolkata / Noida Experience: 610 years Working Days: 5 Days a Week Education: B.Tech/B.E (Civil / Mechanical preferred) Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain BIM models for HVAC systems (ducting, piping, equipment, air terminals, etc.) using Revit. - Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting teams. - Develop detailed HVAC layouts, schedules, and shop drawings from the BIM model. - Perform clash detection and coordinate with consultants/contractors. - Ensure accuracy, standards compliance, and timely delivery of models. - Guide junior modelers and review their outputs. Skills Required: - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (HVAC discipline). - Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM 360. - Good understanding of HVAC design and system layouts. - Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
