HR Fresher
, your role is to support the HR team in executing employee engagement initiatives, recruitment, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, presentability, and coordination skills to foster a positive and engaging work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and conduct employee engagement activities and cultural events.
  • Support in designing and implementing creative initiatives to enhance employee experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for event execution.
  • Assist in HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and general coordination.
  • Provide support in recruitment activities, including sourcing, scheduling, and coordinating interviews as and when needed.
  • Collect feedback from employees on events/initiatives and share insights for improvements.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR announcements and activities across teams.
  • Maintain records and reports of HR engagement programs.

  • Creativity, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude towards engagement activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively.

Qualifications-

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
