Responsibilities:

  1. Support onboarding activities and assist in employee orientation.
  2. Maintain employee files and support preparation of basic HR documents.
  3. Update employee information in HRIS and ensure accuracy.
  4. Assist the HR team in maintaining compliance with HR policies.
  5. Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with senior HR when needed.
  6. Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and collecting documents.
  7. Help in preparing simple HR reports and data summaries.

Qualifications
:

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Eagerness to learn and grow in HR operations.
  3. Basic understanding of HR concepts is an advantage (not mandatory).
  4. Good communication skills; proficiency in Kannada is required.
  5. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  6. Knowledge of MS Office.
