Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, laundry, and maintenance requests.
  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and operational standards are met.
  • Train and monitor housekeeping staff in proper cleaning techniques, safety standards, and customer service.
  • Maintain housekeeping inventory and ensure timely ordering of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
  • Coordinate with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guest check-in.
  • Develop and implement cleaning checklists, deep-cleaning schedules, and inspection reports.
  • Address guest complaints or service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
  • Prepare daily reports on housekeeping status, occupancy readiness, and maintenance needs.
  • Promote a positive team environment and uphold the property's brand and service standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
