Position: Housekeeping Employee

Location: Summer Sand Resort, Adrak, idukki Kerala

**Job Description**:
Summer Sand Resort is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Employee to join our team. As a Housekeeping Employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our resort, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:
**Room Cleaning**: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and replenishing amenities.

**Common Areas Maintenance**: Keep all common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and public restrooms clean and well-maintained.

**Laundry Management**: Manage the collection, distribution of linens and towels.

**Report Maintenance Issues**: Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues in rooms or public areas to the appropriate department.

**Lost and Found**: Keep track of lost and found items, report them to the supervisor, and ensure proper documentation and return to guests.

**Adhere to Health and Safety Standards**: Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.

**Guest Interaction**: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services.

**Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other staff members and departments to ensure seamless operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning tasks.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
