No Maintenance Only Installation, Supply & Erection

We are looking for a
Senior MEPF Site Engineer
to lead multiple on-site projects and drive excellence in delivery for
S&S Engineers
, a trusted name in MEP contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage
    5–10 MEPF projects
    simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality execution.
  • Oversee
    complete installation, supply & erection works
    — strictly
    no maintenance scope
    .
  • Handle
    vendor teams independently
    , including planning, supervision, and progress monitoring.
  • Execute site works as per
    BOQ, drawings, and project schedules
    .
  • Ensure
    timely completion and handover
    of all assigned projects.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
  • Review
    technical drawings
    , provide inputs, and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate
    site reports, MRNs, DPRs, and documentation
    .
  • Ensure site quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
    B.E. / B.Tech (EEE or MEP) or Diploma in EEE/Mechanical.
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    15–20 years
    of strong field experience in MEPF project execution.
  • Proven ability to handle projects
    independently
    from mobilization to handover.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage
    in-house & vendor teams
    .
  • Sound understanding of
    electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems
    .
  • Proficient in reading drawings, BOQ, and site documentation.
  • Good communication skills in
    Tamil, English, and Hindi
    .
  • Location:
    Site-based (as per project allocation).
