We are seeking an experienced VP - Business Intelligence/ Business Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in domestic sales data analysis and sales reporting, with expertise in Power BI reporting and database management. This is a senior-level role that requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in business intelligence with respect to sales reporting .

Responsibilities

  • Providing detailed data analysis and power bi reports with respect to sales data
  • Develop and maintain complex data analysis and reporting solutions using Power BI and other tools.
  • Design and implement database management systems to support business intelligence and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
  • Preferably from BFSI or Consumer durables industry who has handled sales data.
  • Expertise in Power BI reporting and database management.
  • Should be strong in Salesforce, Power BI and database management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science.
