Should be from nearest resident of Ganapathymaanagar-coimbatore around 4 kms with two wheeler driving preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing product information, resolving queries, and offering solutions to customer needs.
  • Sales & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and databases in CRM systems.
  • Sales Support: Provide information about products and services accurately, follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, and potentially process orders.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Document call details, provide reports and analysis of customer interactions and trends to management.
  • Mentoring: Train and mentor junior telecallers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to customer needs.
  • Persuasion: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales and build rapport with customers.
  • Customer Service: A customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, data entry, and potentially other sales or call management tools.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service or sales role.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
