Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Order Management Cloud Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Order Management and related SCM Cloud modules. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge across Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising, Inventory, and Costing, along with hands-on experience in data migration, integration, and testing within Oracle Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong expertise in Oracle Order Management and SCM Cloud modules such as Order Management, Order Orchestration, Pricing, Global Order Promising, Inventory, and Costing.
  • Handle end-to-end solution development and configuration based on BR100, FDD, and CWB documents.
  • Write and review business requirement documents (BRDs), functional design documents (FDDs), and configuration workbooks.
  • Create, review, and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases; assist business users during testing and ensure client sign-off.
  • Manage data mapping, FBDI/ADFDI templates, and data migrations from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud Order Management modules.
  • Design and implement integrations between Oracle ERP (Financials, Procurement) and other applications using ICS/OIC and web services/REST APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and debug Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI reports.
  • Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with client Oracle SMEs, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment with global design templates.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide post-go-live support to key business users.
  • Lead business transition activities during client onboarding and knowledge transfer from incumbent vendors.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during business development efforts and resolve complex customer issues or escalations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven functional experience in Oracle Order Management Cloud and at least three of the following:

  • Order Management

  • Pricing
  • Global Order Promising (GOP)
  • Inventory

  • Costing

  • Hands-on experience with FBDI / ADFDI / data loads and data migrations.

  • Experience integrating Oracle ERP applications using ICS/OIC and developing integrations via REST/SOAP web services
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
  • Experience implementing multi-currency and multi-org solutions.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to write and execute SQL queries independently.
  • Familiarity with Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI for report development and debugging.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Consulting background with experience in global rollout projects or multi-country implementations.

Nice-to-Have

  • Oracle Cloud Certification in SCM / Order Management.
  • Experience migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud SCM.
  • Exposure to Advanced Pricing, Order Orchestration design, or complex fulfillment flows.
  • Knowledge of costing methods and inventory valuation in Oracle Cloud.
