**Job Title**: Oracle Cloud SCM Functional

**Mandate Skills**: Order Management, Procurement, PDH, Pricing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide functional support for Oracle Cloud SCM modules including **Order Management, Procurement, PDH, and Pricing**.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end-users in a timely and effective manner.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend improvements.
- Liaise with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Coordinate with technical teams to implement necessary changes or enhancements.
- Maintain system configurations, master data integrity, and module-specific setups.
- Create and maintain documentation for business processes, issue resolution, and configuration changes.
- Support monthly and quarterly releases and perform impact analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy and support integration touchpoints with other modules and systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **7+ years of experience** as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant.
- Strong expertise in **Oracle Cloud** modules:

- ** Order Management (OM)**:

- ** Procurement (Self Service and Supplier Portal)**:

- ** Product Data Hub (PDH)**:

- ** Pricing**:

- Proven experience in **support projects** with exposure to ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Ability to analyze and resolve day-to-day production issues independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in remote teams and aligning with PST time zone working hours.
- Oracle Cloud Certification in SCM modules is a plus.
