Job Title: Digitizer & Embroidery Machine Operator

Location: Mumbai, India

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Embroidery Digitizer & Machine Operator to join our production team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in embroidery digitizing software and operating multi-head embroidery machines to deliver high-quality stitch work for logos, apparel, and promotional products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and convert artwork into embroidery-ready files using professional digitizing software.
  • Deliver final stitch files in formats such as .EMB, .DST, .PES, .ISI, .EXP, .MLS, .OFM, .PXF, and others as required.
  • Operate and maintain embroidery machines efficiently to ensure accurate production.
  • Review and test digitized designs before final execution to ensure precision and thread optimization.
  • Handle machine setup, color changes, hooping, and thread management.
  • Troubleshoot embroidery machine errors and maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of client orders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Embroidery Digitizer and Machine Operator.
  • Strong knowledge of digitizing software such as Wilcom, Pulse, Tajima DG/ML by Pulse, or similar.
  • Familiarity with embroidery machines (Barudan, Tajima, Brother, or equivalent).
  • Ability to work with detailed designs and maintain high accuracy.
  • Good understanding of thread types, stabilizers, and fabric compatibility.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in embroidery digitizing and production.
  • Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
