• Support and maintain the desktop platform and its associated infrastructure.
• Participate in global desktop OS patch management and deployment activities.
• Create deployment packages and custom applications for enterprise environments.
• Act as the escalation point for APAC end-user services and drive timely resolutions.
• Bridge communication between Desktop Engineering and regional EUS support teams.
• Ensure APAC region-specific requirements are incorporated into global standards.
• Coach End User Service teams and Service Desk personnel on new and routine tasks.
• Recommend new end-user technologies to improve security, reliability, and user experience.
• Participate in global technology projects and provide desktop and end-user experience guidance.
• Collaborate with Wintel, Network Engineers, and third-party vendors to support desktop platforms.
• Generate reports to track departmental productivity and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain global workstation standards, processes, and documentation.
• Stay updated with next-generation desktop platforms and automation-driven technologies.

General Skills

• Strong client-focused mindset.
• Experience working in mission-critical environments.
• Background in financial services or similar regulated industries (preferred).
• Ability to create high-quality technical documentation.
• Experience supporting large and complex desktop environments, including VDI.
• Involvement in large-scale desktop transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with profile management and optimization.
• Experience creating and optimizing Citrix policies.
• Expertise in application deployment and OS deployment.
• Strong knowledge of patch management processes.
• Advanced troubleshooting and optimization skills for VDI and physical desktops.
• Experience with Windows client migration.
• Willingness to work in shifts or during weekends as needed.
