Join Braithgate Limited as a Technical Sales Specialist selling high-value modular construction solutions to English-speaking clients across London.
The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking modular construction for their properties, guiding them from initial inquiry through project specification to closing and fee agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Discovery Calls: Conduct in-depth consultations using our Hub 3D configurator system to understand client construction requirements
- Planning & Regulatory Guidance: Assess planning permissions, and building regulations for each project, as per UK planning law.
- Appointment Management: Coordinate inbound leads and schedule technical consultations with prospects
- Solution Design: Present modular construction options, specifications, and design possibilities to clients
- Process Management: Guide clients through our systematic approach from initial consultation to project estimate
- Client Education: Explain technical aspects of modular construction, regulatory requirements, and project timelines
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- 3+ years in technical sales, preferably construction/property sector
- EXCELLENT verbal and written English (mandatory)
- Experience selling high-ticket items (40K+ transactions)
- Strong technical learning ability and curiosity
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital presentation tools
Preferred Background:
- Construction industry sales experience
- Knowledge of UK planning regulations and building codes
- Real estate or property development exposure
- Technical product sales (engineering, architecture, construction)
- B2C high-value sales experience
Note: Modular construction knowledge beneficial but not required - we provide comprehensive technical training on Hub systems and UK regulations.
