  8. Ability to offer technical and experience-based advice to executives, colleagues and subordinates
  9. Proven ability on security automation
  10. Technical expertise in multi-vendor environment
  11. Firewall: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint
  12. VPN: SSL VPN Global Protect, Cisco Anyconnect
  13. SASE: Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, Palo Alto Prisma
  14. NAC: Aruba Clear Pass, Cisco ISE
  15. Load Balancers: F5 BigIP LTM/GTM, Juniper, Netscaler

  17. RESPONSIBILITIES

  18. Manage Security Operations Center 24x7

  19. Security Device Management for global enterprise large scale customer
  20. Manage team of Security Engineers
  21. Handle Incident, Problem and Change Management as per ITIL framework
  22. Handle technical escalations
  23. Manage ticket queue, participate in Severity 1 and Severity 2 tickets
  24. Create Service Improvement Program
  25. Create and Present Root Cause Report for security incident
  26. Act as point of contact for large clients
  27. Proactively identify risks and vulnerabilities for security devices and drive vulnerability remediation program
  28. Lead Patch Management process on all Security devices
  29. Act as lead for Security Incidents and owner for investigation as well as follow-up actions
  30. Build and present weekly/ monthly/ quarterly performance reports and measurement metrics
  31. Design and execute security operations processes; identify and measure critical Security Operations metrics; and continually improve the efficiency of the Security Operations function
  32. Ensure asset compliance activities such as keeping track of licensing, support contracts, etc.
  33. Mentor and conduct training programs
  34. Create and present annual evaluations, performance development plans and KRAs

  35. Foster teamwork and show commitment to team objectives; promote collaboration and remove obstacles

  36. TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION

  37. PCNSA, PCNSE, CISSP, NSE4, CCIE Security, CEH

  38. EXPERIENCE

  39. Minimum 12 years of progressive, relevant experience and proven capability to work in a complex network environment

  40. EDUCATION

  41. Bachelor in Engineering - Computers/Electronics/Communication or related field

  42. Graduate/Post Graduate in Science/Maths/IT or related streams with relevant technology experience
