Position: Consultant / Senior Consultant – Network SecurityLocation: MumbaiDepartment: Digital Trust & TransformationKey Responsibilities:As a Consultant / Senior Consultant in Network Security, you will:• Assess and strengthen clients’ network and infrastructure security posture.• Perform firewall configuration reviews, IDS/IPS management, and network vulnerability assessments.• Design and implement secure network architectures aligned with business and compliance needs.• Conduct network risk assessments, identify security gaps, and recommend remediation measures.• Support incident response, threat detection, and security monitoringactivities.• Work with client IT/security teams to establish and maintain security controls and documentation.• Assist in developing security policies, standards, and procedures in line with frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST.• Contribute to internal knowledge building, proposal development, and thought leadership initiatives.Required Skills & Experience:• Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience in network or infrastructure security, preferably in consulting or enterprise environments.• Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, IDS/IPS, proxy servers, and endpoint protection systems.• Hands-on experience with network monitoring and vulnerability assessment tools (e.g., Wireshark, Nessus, Qualys, Splunk, etc.).• Familiarity with network protocols, routing, and switching.• Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).• Excellent problem-solving, client communication, and reporting skills.Preferred Certifications:• CCNA / CCNP Security• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)• CompTIA Security+ / Network+• CISSP / CISM (advantageous
