Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Dehradun. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, handling communications, and performing clerical tasks. The role demands a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent Communication and Diary Management skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills and office management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is beneficial
