• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities, lead interactions, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking tools.


• Support the senior team in timely follow-ups and assist with basic client communication tasks.


• Conduct research to identify and prioritize new prospects and relevant audience segments.

Requirements:


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to nuance and tone.


• Comfortable navigating social media platforms and professional networking tools like LinkedIn.


• Conversant with email best practices and cold outreach techniques.


• Strong coordination and organizational abilities, with an eye for detail.


• Proactive, confident, and keen to learn and grow in client outreach and business development.
