Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide after-sales service support to customers for electrical equipment such as AC Drives, PLC Panels, Soft Starter, Inverters, UPS, Solar Inverters, Battery Chargers, and other related products.
  • Conduct site visits to diagnose issues with installed equipment and perform repairs or troubleshooting as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall product service quality.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by providing timely resolution of their queries and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions with customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in after sales service of electrical products.
  • Diploma/ITI degree in relevant trade (electrical/mechanical).
  • Strong understanding of electricity principles and industrial automation concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
