Opening: Full Stack Developer

Role 1: Full Stack Developer (2+ Years / Fresher (Internship))

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web-based banking applications.
• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
• Develop and integrate server-side logic using Java, Spring Boot,
• Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for integration.
• Participate in system architecture design to enhance scalability and performance.
• Lead development team activities, provide mentorship, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage UAT coordination, production deployments, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• 2025 Passed out fresher for internship
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, , SQL.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and Agile methodology.
• Leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

Role 2 : Software Tester (Manual / Automation - Fresher)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, smoke, and system testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA / Bugzilla.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to clarify requirements.
• Maintain test documentation and traceability matrices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Manual or Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, and Postman.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to write SQL queries and basic scripting (Java / Python)

Role 3: PMO Executive (Fresher)

Responsibilities:

• Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reports.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate between project managers, stakeholders, and teams.
• Standardize and enforce project management processes.
• Assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and cost tracking.
• Prepare presentations and MIS reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration / IT / Engineering.
• 01 year of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or Project Management.
• Knowledge of Agile / Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Exposure to JIRA, MS Project, or similar tools (preferred).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification (preferred, not mandatory).

Role 4: Subject Matter Expert (Fresher / Experienced)

Responsibilities :

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of content and communication.
• Provide subject expertise and support process improvements.
• Review and validate project documents and deliverables.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Share knowledge and maintain updated reference materials.

Requirements :

• B.A/M.A in English with strong language and communication skills.
• 01 year of relevant experience (freshers can apply).

Role 5: Networking (Freshers)

Responsibilities :
