Role Overview :-

We are looking for a Product & Programme Manager –
Personal Loans
who will take complete ownership of the product lifecycle and programme execution. The role requires a mix of strategic product design, portfolio management, P&L ownership, and policy formulation, along with execution excellence to ensure sustainable growth and profitability in the personal loans business.

Key Responsibilities :-

Product Strategy & Development

• Own the product roadmap for Personal Loans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Design and refine product propositions, features, eligibility criteria, and pricing frameworks.

• Develop customer-centric digital journeys across sourcing, underwriting, servicing, and collections.

• Propose policy enhancements based on portfolio analytics and emerging risk trends.

P&L
& Budgeting

• Take responsibility for
P&L
performance of the Personal Loans business.

• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models, tracking against actuals.

• Monitor NIMs, credit costs, fee income, cost of acquisition, and ensure portfolio profitability.

• Recommend corrective actions to optimize margins and efficiency.

Portfolio Analytics
&
Risk Management

• Conduct regular portfolio reviews, tracking key metrics such as disbursals, book size, delinquency, attrition, and yield.

• Leverage analytics to identify early warning signals and recommend preventive strategies.

• Work with risk and credit teams to align product policies with risk appetite.

• Suggest and implement policy changes for sustainable growth and asset quality improvement.

Programme Management & Execution

• Drive execution of new product features, process enhancements, and digital initiatives.

• Ensure timely project delivery within defined cost and quality parameters.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (credit, risk, operations, technology, compliance, finance, marketing).

• Track and report progress through structured dashboards and governance reviews.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure full adherence to RBI regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.

• Maintain strong governance processes for product approval, review, and monitoring.

Qualifications & Experience : -

MBA/CA/Equivalent with
7–12 years of total experience
in Retail Lending,
preferably 2years of experience in Personal Loans ,Risk analysis , Scorecard , or other unsecured products.

Proven expertise in product management,
portfolio analytics
, and programme execution.

Strong financial acumen with
P&L
ownership, budgeting, and forecasting experience.

Deep understanding of credit policies, portfolio dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.

Experience in data-driven decision-making and working with analytics teams.
