Key responsibilities

  • Recruitment and sourcing:
  • Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and university career sites.
  • Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Onboarding and offboarding:
  • Assist with preparing new hire paperwork and orientation materials.
  • Support the new hire induction process to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Help with exit interviews and offboarding documentation.
  • HR administration and documentation:
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS) with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in drafting official HR documents, such as offer letters and internal communications.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing and organizing HR documents.
  • Employee relations and engagement:
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and team events.
  • Respond to and help resolve employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Help gather feedback for analysis and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Compliance and projects:
  • Conduct research on HR-related topics and labor legislation.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting for various HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates are completed a degree or a related field, possess strong communication and organizational skills, can maintain confidentiality, are proficient in Microsoft Office, and are eager to learn. Previous HR experience is a plus but not required.
