Job Description:
We are looking for a smart and proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities including operations, coordination, marketing, and communication. The ideal candidate should be flexible, quick to learn, and ready to take ownership of day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for project follow-ups and updates.

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

  2. Assist in marketing activities — both online and offline (social media, campaigns, events).

  3. Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily task updates.

  4. Support office operations, scheduling, and team coordination.

  5. Communicate effectively with clients and ensure smooth workflow between departments.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
