We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Project Manager.

In this role, you will:
o    PM is responsible for end-to-end delivery of a project i.e. taking project from its Initiation till closure 
o    Handling the scrum projects with Jira, scrum ceremonies and delivery
o    Keeping track of budget and schedule for the project lifecycle
o    Identifying risks and escalating issues on time, to the right stakeholders and mitigating those
o    Identifying crisis situations during project lifecycle and handling favourably for the project.
o    Own the project issues and ensure its resolution by engaging appropriate teams
o    Participating in review over key project documents like Initial Request, Clear-choices, Solution Proposal, Test Strategy, etc.
o    To receive and challenge estimates from all IT stakeholders and coming up with project plan for project delivery
o    Identify and engage all necessary stakeholders for the project
o    Owning and preparing key project documents like TOR, Test Strategy, Implementation Plan, and Post Implementation Report (PIR) etc.
o    Timely status reporting over project and escalations, as required 
o    Identify and manage all changes over projects as per agreed change control
o    Play role in project and resource prioritization along with IT and Business stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
o    Good understanding of Devops, Web Technologies and understanding of emerging trends and technologies i.e. Knowledge in MQ, Powerapps, Integration Patterns, Mongo DB, Maven, Jenkins, Micro Service Architecture.
o    Experience in executing projects using Scaled Agile Framework(SAFE).
o    Strong English Communication and analytical skills are a must for working in a complex global team environment.  
o    Proficient and experience in managing projects in Scrum with scrum master responsibilities
o    Project management skills
o    Knowledge on Portfolio Management and value stream management.
o    Proven track record of IT delivery across numerous large projects
o    Co-ordination of activities across multiple IT teams in multiple locations and time zones
o    Experience of managing development of enterprise application using Agile methodology.
o    Strong understanding of stakeholder management, within the business and IT
o    Strong risk management skills
o    Excellent communication skills
o    Project Management tool – Clarity
o    Negotiation Skills
o    Facilitate meetings to drive out tasks, dependencies, risks, and mitigations from business and IT stakeholders
o    Understanding of Credit and Lending principles.
o    Jira management and handling Scrum of Scrums
o    Project status reporting
o Years of proven record of managing complex IT projects.

o    Willing to work in shifts based on the project need.
o    Maintain a good rapport with stakeholders and delivery teams
o    PMP/PMI-ACP/SAFE or equivalent Certification 
o    Certified Scrum master or equivalent certification on Scrum master
