Objective
To expand business through corporate/private tie-ups, engagement programs and extensive promotion of hospital and its various services.
Key Responsibilities

Corporate/
Private Tie-Ups
- Planning for corporate-private engagement programs
- Sourcing of health check-up, OPD, IPD, ambulance tie-ups for getting more business
- Continuous sourcing for corporate through internet, references, market and personal knowledge
- Cold calling corporate randomly for introducing hospital and its various services
- Preparation of rate sheet and taking approval from the head
- Getting the service/charge code enabled as per tie-ups
- Assisting corporate heads during visits at the hospital
- Meeting corporate patients personally in the hospital

Business Development
- Visiting health check-up department daily, meeting clients and sharing visiting cards for increasing business network
- Monitoring smooth functioning of departments and finding means of providing better services
- Organizing health talks on a weekly basis
- Organizing camps at banks, hotels, corporate etc
- Organizing blood donation camps and events
- Forwarding database and content for SMS blast or mails for awareness about any particular event
- Organizing talks as per corporate industry and their relevance or needs
- Updating the department head about the future plans and activities for expansion of business
- Maintaining data about health talk conversions, activities, targets v/s achievements, tie-ups, corporate admissions, health check-up etc
- Responsible for business development of the hospital
- Creating awareness about doctors and their specialties
