Provide AM Support (Incident Management/ Change Management and minor enhancements) in SAP PM, CS/SM

Candidate should have good knowledge of SAP CS/SM and SAP PM.

Ability to manage Support and Development projects Master Data, Maintenance Service Processing, Integration between SD-CS and PM-CS, MM, CO, SAP Mobile.

Field Service Management, Preventive Maintenance, Service Agreements, Service Material Management, Warranty Processing and knowledge of Background Jobs, IDOCs and interfaces.

Competencies Required -

Technical Knowledge in SAP PM

Master Data

Maintenance Notification

Maintenance Orders

Preventive Maintenance

Technical Material Management Technical Knowledge in SAP CS/SM

Candidate should have a good understanding of SD module

He should have worked on repairs and returns, sales of spares, shipping, Service Notification, Service Order, Service Agreements, Service pricing, equipment management,

Should have good exposure/knowledge about DIP profile, integration between SAP SD PM and CS/SM and Interface with CRM

SAP Work Manager, SAP Mobile Platform, Agentry Client etc. for SAP Mobile solutions will be an added advantage

Good communication skills

Customer oriented approach Experience on SAP Support and Implementation projects

Domain experience in Service Management/ Customer Service/Plant Maintenance industry is preferable

Strong communication skills in English Social eye to work with clients and prospects Visionary mindset and courage to challenge the old status quo

Strong capabilities in understanding the specific customized/developed business process/needs and staying up to date with the emerging technologies (e.g. SAP cloud and S/4 HANA)------Functional Analyst-Four to Six Years,SAP Plant Maintenance-Less Than a Year
