At Ofi, we are seeking a highly skilled Process Mining and Process Modelling Developer to join our digital transformation team. In this role, you will drive insights and improvements through advanced process mining techniques, primarily using Celonis. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining process models to support operational excellence and strategic decision-making across the enterprise. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional who is passionate about uncovering process inefficiencies and driving business performance through data-driven process intelligence.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize process mining solutions to support continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives
  • Develop, configure, and customize process modeling / BPMN / CPM solutions to support process mapping and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective process mining analyses and visualizations
  • Create and maintain end-to-end process models to map current and future-state business processes
  • Analyze process performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-backed improvements
  • Deliver workshops, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Process Mining Tools (Celonis/Signavio)
  • Exposure to BPMN / CPM – process modeling tools like ARIS and have experience with implementation of process modelling tools like ARIS and KPI monitoring with analysis
  • Design, develop, and optimize process mining solutions to support continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives
  • Create and maintain end-to-end process models to map current and future-state business processes
  • Experience in Process Modelling tools
  • Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 and process management methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
