We're looking for a Data & UX Analyst Intern with a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for understanding user behavior.You'll work closely with our product, and engineering teams to turn raw data and user session recordings into clear, actionable insights that drive product decisions. Requirements:

Minimum 0.5-1 year of relevant experience in data analytics, UX research, or a related field (internship or professional).

UX Analysis: Familiarity with Hotjar, UXCam, or similar session recording tools. Comfortable watching recordings and extracting meaningful behavioral insights.

Web Analytics: Solid understanding of Google Analytics / Microsoft Clarity, including metric interpretation, tracking setup, and user flow analysis.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.

Analytical Thinking: Sharp problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Interest in UX design principles and user psychology.
