We are looking for a talented and quick creative SEO & SMO Analyst who is responsible for implementing SEO and social media strategies. The SEO/SMO Analyst can quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of the campaigns.

**The person who can work like a whole organization, create strategies and execute it perfectly with result driven output.**

**Key Functional Areas of Responsibilities**:
**SEO**:

- Analyses current search engine optimization (SEO) of the assigned website, including site structure, page structure, and internal linking structure; identifies and makes recommendations to further optimize each area.
- Assists with drafting, defining, and implementing unified SEO strategies and campaigns that will drive long-term, sustainable site traffic.
- Conducts research, data collection, and analysis to assess the visibility of the assigned website, blogs, social media accounts, and other pages.
- Analyses SEO traffic metrics such as search engine referrals and keyword rankings.
- Collaborates with marketing managers and other staff to provide guidance and insight on SEO and optimal user experience.
- Recommends content revisions to improve SEO and increase website visibility; changes may include incorporating new keywords and improving link strategies.
- Monitors specific SEO efforts; gathers and analyses data and reports results to the team.
- Maintains current knowledge of developments and best practices in SEO.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**SMO**:

- Analyse user engagement (e.g. click-through and bounce rates) and increase significantly
- Report on web traffic from all social media
- Build and support SEO strategies, including optimizing keywords in content marketing projects
- Identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
- Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness
- Coordinate with other department to design advertising campaigns
- Ensure timely responses to customers and followers’ queries and comments
- Advise other employees on their social media activity (e.g. how to respond to comments and questions by customers and what to share on personal or company accounts)
- Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company
- Update our social media company policy, when necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,365.57 per month
