  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education
  • Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
  • Carry 2 photocopies of Aadhar/PAN
  • Candidates to have registered EPs
  • It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive Skills & ResponsibilitiesExperience and competence in
  • Daily commercials and documentation for railway rakes
  • Rake booking and rail receipts
  • Indenting
  • Wagon accounting and Demurrage processing
  • Reporting
  • Previous experience with railways interfacing is a plus
  • Data analysis and reporting using Excel is required
  • Experience in rail and road logistics operations, billing is required
  • Experience in related SAP operations required
  • Creation of delivery orders/ stock transfer orders

  • Road invoicing & documentation such as test certificates and road tax required
  • PGI process
  • Reporting
  • Good receipt (GRN) process
  • Raw material inventory reporting
  • Raw material transfer posting in SAP
  • Physical inventory reporting
  • Tracking stock in transit

  • Experienced in raw material operations in bulk material such as coal and coke
