JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Springfield Aromatics. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and articulate their value propositions to potential clients.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently delivering exceptional results.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt and refine sales strategies.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our products & Services.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum experience of 3-5 years in the relevant field (preferred only aroma chemicals only).
  • Proven experience as a Fragrance Sales Executive or in a relevant industry role is a plus.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
