Business Development Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a
passionate, energetic, and communicative individual
to lead our developer engagement initiatives. This role involves conducting technical lectures and workshops, solving real-world development challenges, and presenting product insights to both internal teams and external communities.
You'll work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to drive learning, innovation, and product understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high engagement among developers through regular check-ins, sessions, and collaborative discussions
- Build a positive and inclusive technical culture
- Conduct technical workshops and learning sessions on relevant topics
- Simplify complex concepts for better understanding across experience levels
- Provide active support for developer challenges
- Identify pain points and offer timely, hands-on technical solutions
- Represent the product in internal and external presentations
- Explain product features, updates, and technical workflows effectively
- Document technical workflows, create learning material, and internal guides
- Share knowledge through talks, write-ups, and collaboration
Qualifications:
- Background in software development, engineering, or technical training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience delivering tech workshops or mentoring developers
- Comfort with public speaking and presenting to varied audiences
- Familiarity with tools like Git, basic dev stacks, and agile practices
Preferred Candidate:
- Demonstrated leadership in tech learning or community initiatives
- Passionate about supporting developer growth and simplifying learning
