We are looking for a skilled and versatile All-Round Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across various stations, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes consistently. You will play a key role in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, menu execution, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes across multiple stations to company standards
• Assist in the development and execution of daily menus and specials
• Maintain food quality, freshness, and consistency at all times
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Manage stock rotation, minimise waste, and support inventory control
• Train and support junior kitchen staff when required
• Work closely with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Uphold high standards of organisation and time management during busy service periods

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of professional kitchen experience
• At least 1 year experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP)
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques across various cuisines or stations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High standards for cleanliness and food presentation
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
