Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Pune. The intern will assist in supporting daily HR operations, focusing on the development and implementation of HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. They will also help with tasks such as recruitment coordination, updating employee records, and providing administrative support across various HR functions. This role is designed to provide valuable hands-on experience and exposure in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and practices
  • Basic knowledge of HR Management, including recruitment and talent onboarding
  • Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Skills in Personnel Management and ability to handle employee relations professionally
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a dynamic team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing one)
