Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Pune. Responsibilities include assisting with HR management tasks, supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, aiding in personnel management, and contributing to employee benefits administration. The intern will also be involved in recruitment and ensuring proper adherence to company HR practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Skills in Personnel Management and the ability to maintain employee records and support employee-related initiatives
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus
