Role Description

We are looking for a 
highly skilled MERN Stack Developer
 who is passionate about designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have 
strong expertise in , , , and MongoDB
, along with a deep understanding of RESTful API design, front-end performance, and modern development practices.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to build robust, user-centric applications that deliver seamless user experiences.

Role Responsibilies

• Design and develop 
  end-to-end web applications
   using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, ).
• Build, test, and deploy 
  scalable, secure, and maintainable backend APIs
  .
• Develop 
  responsive, high-performing front-end interfaces
   with
• Integrate third-party APIs, authentication systems, and external services.
• Maintain and improve existing applications to enhance speed, performance, and scalability.
• Write 
  clean, reusable, and well-documented code
   following best practices (ES6+, modular architecture, etc.).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage version control, branching, and deployment workflows using Git/GitHub or GitLab.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring 
  cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
  .
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and trends in full-stack development.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend:

• Strong proficiency in 
  
  , Redux (or Context API), Hooks, and component lifecycle.
• Expertise in 
  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
   (optional but preferred).
• Experience with 
  responsive design
  , CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, TailwindCSS, Material UI).
• Knowledge of 
  
   or SSR (Server-Side Rendering) is a plus.

Backend:

• Proficiency in 
  
   and 
  
   frameworks.
• Experience building 
  RESTful APIs
   and working with 
  authentication (JWT, OAuth, )
  .
• Familiarity with 
  microservices architecture
   or 
  serverless (AWS Lambda)
   is a plus.

Database:

• Strong experience with 
  MongoDB
   and Mongoose ORM.
• Understanding of database design, indexing, and aggregation pipelines.

DevOps & Tools:

• Hands-on experience with 
  Git
  , 
  CI/CD pipelines
  , 
  Docker
  , or 
  AWS/Azure/Google Cloud
   deployments.
• Familiarity with 
  testing frameworks
   (Jest, Mocha, Chai, Cypress).
• Knowledge of 
  API documentation tools
   (Swagger, Postman).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in 
  Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
   (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 
  3+ years of professional experience
   as a Full Stack or MERN Stack Developer.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying production-grade web applications.
• Strong understanding of 
  software architecture principles
   and 
  best coding practices
  .
