About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior / Lead Full Stack Developer (70% + 30–40% )
to join our fast-growing global fintech engineering team. The ideal candidate is either a hands-on architect or a hardcore individual contributor (IC) who can design, build, and scale complex systems while coding at an expert level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications.
  • Lead end-to-end architecture discussions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Build robust backend services with and microservices.
  • Develop responsive front-end applications with
  • Collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.
  • Mentor team members while being an active, hands-on coder.
  • Ensure code quality, performance optimisation, and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 4–12 years of full-stack development experience.
  • 70%+ expertise in ) and strong skills (Hooks, Redux).
  • Strong background in system design, architecture, and scalability.
  • Expertise in REST APIs, microservices, authentication, and security.
  • Hands-on with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
  • Cloud exposure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech
  • Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or
  • Background in product-based or fintech/startup environments.
  • Exposure to serverless computing and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
