SAP Sales

Experience

• 7-8 years of hands-on SAP SD consulting and implementation experience in the construction section

and less on leasing

• Experience in SFDC and/or other best of breed solutions for Sales & CRM in real estate & construction

industry

• Experience in driving closure of Fit- Gap workshops with business counter parts and put objective

lense on SI steering across stages - build, testing, deployment, and support.

• Should able to successfully drive closure on test scripts covering functional processes validated with

business owners/project managers and other business counter parts

• Experienced in providing business critical understanding on cross functional area's - specifically

within the Real Estate and construction sector, addressing its unique complexities across customer

booking, transfers, cancellations, customer incentives, possession, handover etc

Job Description

• Review and validate design documents, business process flows functional specifications, user manuals,

test scripts shared by implementation partner

• Execute transaction testing for order-to-cash cycle (customer order, billing milestone unlock & demand

note generation, customer interest charges & incentives etc.)

• Conduct integrated scenario testing with other functions including finance, projects and stores

• Validate cutover for master data (customer, prices, milestones) and transactional data (open customer

booking, historical customer receipts, brokerages etc.)

• Train end users on SD processes

SAP SD module skill requirements:

• Sales Organization Structure including Sales Org, Sales Group/Office, Distribution Channel
• Divisions etc.
• Customer Master, Conditions Master, Partner Functions.
• Sales orders, quotations, contracts.
• Pricing procedures, tax determination, discounts, surcharges.
• Delivery and billing processes including milestone billing.
• Output determination, credit management, and returns processing.
• Billing Milestones, customer interest & waivers

Sales & Distribution with Real Estate Experience

• Design and implementation experience of Real estate specific sales processes including assured returns,

interest/waivers, booking cancellations, booking changes, payment milestone revisions, customer

follow-ups etc.

• Successfully executed cutover migration, including end-to-end historical data migration for closed and

ongoing projects.

• Experience in cross-function integrations with finance, sales, project & construction, quality functions.

• Experience in integrated process & data design with SAP SD and other best of breed solutions.

• Developed management and operational reporting for Sales & CRM function

Consulting / Domain Experience

• Acted as
Sales & Distribution (CRM) function consultant with real estate industry–specific expertise.

• Experienced in collaborating with finance, sales & projects business teams

• Executed the process design discussions, master data preparation & transactional cutover

• Managed hypercare and support phases, including categorizing and prioritizing issues based on

complexity.

Business Analyst Responsibilities

• Validate the Tech solution design & documentation for sales & distribution function

• Discuss with business and provide functional specification inputs to SI for customizations

• Perform Sales & Distribution process specific testing

• Validate the integrated scenario test scripts prepared by SI and get the same validated and signed-off by

business teams

• Perform the integrated scenario testing with SI

• Act as trainer for business teams to ensure smooth transition and user adoption

• Support on master and transactional data conversion, migration and data validation
