About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in building scalable and resilient microservices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Kafka, and distributed systems, along with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage microservice-based architectures, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Integrate and optimize Kafka for high-throughput data streaming and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust, distributed system solutions.
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Implement best practices for scalability, resilience, and fault tolerance.
  • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of hands-on backend development experience in Java.
  • Strong knowledge of Spring Boot microservice patterns.
  • Proven experience with Kafka and distributed system design.
  • Solid understanding of scalability, resilience, and debugging fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good To Have

  • Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience in monitoring and logging tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Knowledge of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
