About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in building scalable and resilient microservices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Kafka, and distributed systems, along with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and manage microservice-based architectures, ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Integrate and optimize Kafka for high-throughput data streaming and messaging.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust, distributed system solutions.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Implement best practices for scalability, resilience, and fault tolerance.

- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

years of hands-on backend development experience in Java.

- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot microservice patterns.

- Proven experience with Kafka and distributed system design.

- Solid understanding of scalability, resilience, and debugging fundamentals.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience in monitoring and logging tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).

- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
