We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Unicenter Global Education (UGE). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online marketing activities, generating quality leads, and executing digital brand-building strategies across multiple platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plan and manage lead-generation campaigns targeting students and recruitment partners.
  • Create engaging content including posts, reels, banners, and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
  • Assist in improving and maintaining website content and SEO optimisation.
  • Track, analyse, and report performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Dashboard, etc.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp/Zoho/HubSpot).
  • Maintain a weekly and monthly marketing calendar.
  • Coordinate with recruitment, admissions, and media teams to support marketing goals.
  • Monitor trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive in the education market.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing (Fresher with strong skills may be considered).
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads Campaigns
  • Social media content creation
  • Strong understanding of lead funnel marketing, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation.
  • Basic to intermediate design skills using Canva/Figma/Photoshop.
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred Advantage (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in EdTech / Study Abroad / Student Recruitment industry.
  • Ability to edit basic videos or reels.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹33,000/month (based on experience and performance)
