Role Description

This role focuses on designing embedded system architectures, translating requirements into technical specifications, and selecting suitable processors, sensors, and power strategies. It includes circuit design, schematic development, component selection, and ensuring compliance with EMI/EMC and safety standards. The candidate will work with PCB engineers, handle hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation. Firmware development in C/C++ (with RTOS where required) is essential, with emphasis on performance, power, and memory optimization. Integration of hardware and firmware to deliver complete solutions is key. The role also covers testing, troubleshooting, and supporting certification. It requires end-to-end expertise across electronics and software-defined hardware.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer/IT with 7+ years in embedded systems & hardware design.
  • Strong in analog/digital/mixed-signal designs, troubleshooting & problem-solving.
  • Experienced in end-to-end product development & mentoring juniors
  • Team player with clear communication, cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, able to manage priorities, deadlines & confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
