About the role

is looking for a
B2B Content Writer
with strong SEO and technical writing skills to create high-quality, in-depth content for our WhatsApp marketing and sales automation platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience writing for B2B SaaS products, a solid grasp of APIs and webhooks, and familiarity with AI tools like GPT and Claude.

Key responsibilities

  • Create high-depth, SEO-optimized content aligned with user intent and product use cases.
  • Get hands-on with —build sample chatbots and workflows to understand the product.
  • Produce 2+ SEO pages daily using content intelligence systems and topic clusters.
  • Ensure content meets AI citation standards and includes structured markup (FAQ schema, TL;DR, datasets).
  • Collaborate with GTM and product teams to maintain product documentation, tutorials, and release notes.

Skills and requirements

Must Have:

  • 2–4 years of SEO content writing for B2B SaaS products.
  • Strong technical writing ability (API docs, product walkthroughs, feature explainers).
  • Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
  • Proficiency with AI writing tools (GPT, Claude) and content tools (Notion, Google Sheets).
  • Understanding of AI Citation SEO techniques.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Zapier, , or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with or SEO plugins.
  • Exposure to content intelligence platforms and topic cluster strategies.

Soft Skills:

  • Clear communication and logical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple content pipelines.

Bonus:

Experience in Martech or the WhatsApp ecosystem is a strong plus.
