B. About the Team:The IT team ensures seamless operations by resolving technical issues, managing systems andnetworks, and enhancing efficiency through collaboration, documentation, and automation.

C. What Would This Role Entail?

1. Responding to and resolving technical issues reported via phone, email, or chat.2. Diagnosing hardware/software problems and performing installations, congurations, and updates.3.

Providing remote support and troubleshooting using remote desktop tools.4. Managing network devices and administering recall settings to ensure security.5. Maintaining detailed records and generating reports using Google Docs and Sheets.6.

Oaring support for login issues, password resets, and general account management.7. Educating users on IT policies and best practices.8. Coordinating with vendors for hardware/software procurement and technical support.9.

Utilizing APIs to automate and streamline IT processes. D. Necessary Skills:1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.2.

2+ years of experience in IT asset management, Networking, hardware/software support.3. Strong organizational and project management capabilities.4. Proficiency in troubleshooting tools and remote support platforms.5.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for understanding technical requirement. E. Good to Have Skills:1.

Experience working with APIs for automation.2. Familiarity with network security tools and recall conguration.3. Basic scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
