We are looking for a qualified QA Lead specializing in Manual Testing to join us on a contract basis at our Pune office in Baner.

QA Lead - Manual Testing (Contract Role) | Pune (WFO) | 4-8 Y | Immediate Joiner |

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end manual testing operations.

  • Develop test plans, cases, and scenarios.

  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and system tests.

  • Manage and document defects using standard tools.

  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders.

  • Guide and support junior QA team members.

  • Ensure timely delivery of quality releases and progress updates.

Required Skills:

  • 4–8 years of manual testing involvement with QA leadership exposure.

  • Proficient in SDLC, STLC, test case creation, and defect monitoring tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodology is advantageous.

  • Knowledge of the healthcare domain is a bonus.
