We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager F&B in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage operations, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities to achieve efficient service.
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory and supplies of food and beverages, ensuring minimal waste and optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
