Job Title: Senior AR/XR Unity Developer

Location: Noida, UP

We're looking for a passionate and experienced developer to help shape the future of immersive technology.

Job Summary:

We seek a Senior AR/XR Unity Developer with 5–7 years of experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance AR applications for XR wearables and mobile platforms (iOS/Android). The ideal candidate is a Unity and C# expert with a proven record of delivering complex, high-quality AR experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Development: Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code within Unity for AR/XR applications.

  • Cross-Platform Deployment: Develop and optimize for multiple platforms, including ARKit, ARCore, and XR wearables (HoloLens, Magic Leap, Vuzix, etc.).

  • Performance Optimization: Profile and enhance performance, memory use, and battery efficiency for mobile and wearable devices.

  • Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers, 3D artists, and product teams to translate concepts into immersive experiences.

  • System Integration: Connect AR applications with backend services, cloud platforms, and third-party APIs.

  • Prototyping & R&D: Rapidly prototype new concepts and stay current with emerging AR/XR SDKs, tools, and hardware.

  • Code Quality: Maintain high code standards through reviews, documentation, and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5–7 years in professional software development with significant hands-on Unity experience.

  • Unity & C#: Expert-level proficiency in Unity (Unity3D) and C#, including scripting, physics, and 3D asset integration.

  • AR/XR Development: Minimum 3 years of experience building applications with ARKit, ARCore, or other AR frameworks.

  • Wearables: Experience developing for AR/XR headsets or smart glasses.

  • 3D & Graphics: Solid understanding of 3D math, linear algebra, and computer graphics fundamentals.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging abilities.

  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with native mobile development (Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Java/Kotlin for Android).

  • Familiarity with computer vision libraries (e.g., OpenCV).

  • Shader programming knowledge (HLSL/ShaderLab).

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
