About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled
Unity Developer
with solid hands-on experience in
AR/VR/MR (XR)
development. This role is ideal for someone with at least
2 years of experience
in building immersive, interactive applications using Unity. You'll be working on
cutting-edge XR projects
across industries like simulation, training, and gaming—collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless and high-performance experiences.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design and develop
AR/VR/MR applications
for mobile, standalone, and PC-based platforms.


• Work collaboratively with designers, artists, and backend developers to define and implement project features.


• Optimize performance to ensure
smooth frame rates (72–90 FPS)
across devices.


• Integrate
AI-driven tools and workflows
to improve efficiency and interactivity.


• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform debugging, and ensure build stability.


• Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.


• Stay up to date with the
latest XR trends, SDKs, and technologies
(Unity XR Toolkit, OpenXR, etc.).


• (Bonus) Support Unreal Engine-based XR development as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:


• Minimum
2 years of hands-on Unity development
with XR/interactive 3D applications.


• Strong knowledge of
C#
, Unity's XR Toolkits, and
AR Foundation
.


• Experience in
UI/UX integration
, asset optimization, and mobile/VR deployment.


• Familiarity with
profiling tools
and performance optimization techniques.


• Ability to work in a
collaborative, Agile environment
and manage multiple deliverables.


• (Preferred) Understanding of
multiplayer/networking

shader development
, or
AI-driven gameplay
.
