Position: Customer Care Executive – International Voice Process
Location: [NOIDA & GURUGRAM]
Experience: 6 Months – 4 Years (Freshers can apply)
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (with relevant communication skills)
Industry: BPO / KPO / Customer Support

About the Role
We are hiring International Voice Process Customer Care Executives for multiple leading organizations. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring excellent customer experience across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Resolve queries, complaints, and service requests within defined TAT.
- Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Follow communication scripts and standard call-handling procedures.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain call records, feedback, and reporting as per process requirements.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, objections, and difficult conversations with professionalism.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Eligibility
- Education: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).
- Experience: 0–4 years in International Voice/Customer Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
